  1. Dr Sebi gave us the ability to time travel through his alkaline diet which is why Ty and his wife look 10 years younger!!!! PROOF IS IN THE ALKALINE PUDDING!!!!

  2. I’ve noticed that since I started 100% dr sebi’s nutritional guide my stomach is getting bigger… I’m so worried because I’ve been on a weightloss journey and my stomach has gone down a lot. I’m just wondering if I’m eating too much carbs 😫😫😫

    • Business Man hey, congrats on your weightloss journey. all the things you’ve listed besides the spring water is NOT RECOMMENDED by dr sebi. I think consuming too much carbs would definitely screw me over.

    • If I may make a suggestion, if your eating a lot of breads, flour from the list you have to remember even though it’s alkaline it’s still a carb and I eat it in moderation. I consume more of the fruits and veggies…juices, smoothies, raw alkaline diet which may help you a lot more. I limit a lot of the oil, breads and nuts consumption and save those as my treat or cheat meal. 😀 I hope this helps and good luck on your journey. 🙏💖

    • May I think people are under the impression that because its a sebi diet that you shouldnt minimize your carb intake. Its quite the opposite. Your diet should be 90% vegetables and fruits whether its a sebi diet or not. Remember mucus build up is not your friend..

  3. That would be great with a juicy grassfed beef burger and some cheese and a pickle. But is that really alkaline? Does not spelt lose alkalinity the more it’s processed? Why not baking soda or baking powder to help it rise?
