  1. Looks good! Where did you purchase the spray bottle? Also, I do not have
any sea moss gel, do I need to add anything else to substitute?

    • +James Mckenzie I sometimes purchase from Whole Foods and other times I
ground my own from whole kamut berries. I just did a vid on that as well.

  2. Hi Ty. These look amazing and thank you for sharing. I’ve struggled to find
any organic Teff flour and I was wondering if there was another flour that
would make the muffins lighter. You mentioned you used Teff because it
makes it lighter. Would you happen to have any suggestions?

    • +antvids05 You can try quinoa flour, it’s light also. If you can’t find it
at a good price, you can easily ground quinoa into flour, like I did in a
      recent video.

    • +Ty's Conscious Kitchen Perfect! Thank you for the suggestion and quick
reply. I will give this a try

  3. Stop hating reed, it’s a positive thing going on right here, so keep your
    comments to yourself.

  4. I’m a new subscriber and joining this new healthier lifestyle of
eating/health. I love all the great ideas you bring 2 cooking. Keep up the
    great job!?

  5. Can seamoss gel be made out of Dr. Sebi’s bromide plus or do I have to find
actual sea moss and then try to make a gel? If so, what is a good brand and
where do you buy your Sea moss? thx

    • +Sharon N Yes, mix some of the bromide powder with spring water and heat on
stove, mix well, allow to cool and it will gel. Store in fridge and use as
needed. I have seamoss available here:
