One of the best remedies for feeling blue, unmotivated or depressed is dancing. Crank up the tunes and move your body. Forget about what you look like, just move your body and get your heart pumping. Make silly faces, smile, laugh and have fun with it. Let your body express itself in whatever form feels free-flowing and fun.
