1 Yellow Nectarine
1 to 2 ribs Celery
3 Mini Bell Peppers
Fresh Chives
Fresh Basil
I added a handful Chinese Mahogany leaves AKA Chinese Toon

  4. Thank you so much, I haven’t had a salad in months because I didnt want to eat the store bought dressings, plus I limit my nuts and I dont care for an all fruit dressing, I know I will love this one and I plan to have a salad today, thanx for sharing !

  6. Some type of fat like avocado or nuts will help you absorb 10 times more nutrients in your salads. Nutrition is more readily absorbable with a small percentage of fat. That’s one reason why it’s important to add to you food.
    You could also add 1 tbsp of ground flax seed for omega 3
