Banana wraps are a hearty go to meal when you want something satiating and delicious, plus super simple to prepare! Also makes a great snack, party appetizer or kids meal.

Banana Wraps – Recipe

20 Halawy dates pitted or 150 g or 5.3 oz of your favorite dates
3 TBLS of fresh coconut water or you can substitute filtered water
4 drops of Medicine Flower raw vanilla extract
Blend these three ingredients together until creamy and smooth

Spread mixture onto romaine lettuce or your favorite lettuce, add ripe banana and fresh blueberries, and enjoy!
