  1. By the way, the green pears in this video are organic Packham pears and they are so incredibly JUICY! They are mild, smooth in texture and delicately sweet. If you haven’t tried them yet, you should. They are new to me and I’m really liking them!

  2. Glad to see you are back eating as a raw vegan. Having hormonal migraines is a symptom that you need to cleanse and detoxify your colon, not that you need coconut or apple cider vinegar. Since you are a follower of Dr. Morse, (as am I) you would understand this. Also, fruits should not be combined with anything or you get fermentation, leading to gas and bloating.

    • Of course! However, since cleansing and healing the body fully takes time, until I am able to fully cleanse my body to the point I no longer have hormonal migraines, the raw organic apple cider vinegar is the best natural preventative that I’ve found so I don’t have to go through the horrific monthly pain in the meantime. I apologize for not making that more clear. : )

  3. Can u do a video making the Apple and dates looks so yummy. I’m starting a 30 day raw challenge on Monday. Want to have simple things to mix it up. Thanks

  4. I’ve been asking myself how could your health issues not have been completely dealt with on such a clean diet for so long, as Anthony prescribes. Yes he has some specific foods and supplement recommendations but still. So I can only conclude with Morse’s words that diet alone doesn’t do it.

    • I know…I’ve said the same thing for years but I guess there are layers upon layers of toxins & waste as well as generations of things passed down. Plus, all the stuff we are constantly being bombarded with on a daily basis that we cannot control. Then there are our thought patterns and the subconscious things we believe about ourselves and repeating dialogue and thoughts that keep us locked in these particular patterns too. Food is such a big part but there are so many other factors too.

    • I understand your toil. So much of this is a mystery. At least you are doing the best you can with the knowledge you’re always reaching, and that’s always a step in the right direction. It also helps the rest of us fill in our own blanks 🙂

    • I bounce around between 94 and 97 lbs. first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I’m always on the higher side when I count calories and the lower side when I’m not counting.
